I dearly loved my Barbie dolls as a child, and as an adult I have discovered that they still hold the same magic, only better! Now that I’m grown up, working with my dolls satisfies not only my inner child who still loves to play; it also provides many options to exercise my creative muscles, whether in set design, making accessories and furniture, customizing dolls, photographing my scenes, or writing their narrative. Now that I have more life experience to draw from than I did as a child, I can create multi-dimensional characters with my dolls and tell their stories. I’m a fiction writer, and having the ability to create a visual representation of a story in three dimensions is so satisfying!

My dolls live in a fictional town called Port Sebastian. It is located somewhere in the Northeast United States.
